The United States have decided that the Articles of Confederation are no longer suitable for governing our new nation. We need a stronger constitution so that we can protect our country and values.
Your group has been selected as delegates to the Constitutional Convention. It will be your job to organize our new form of government and how it should run. Should Congress have one house or two? Should Supreme Court justices have term limits? Should the president get chosen by the people or the Electoral College? It's completely up to your group in this exciting simulation! Be careful though, nine states need to ratify your group's constitution in order for you all to win.
